We left on a Thursday, Kent joined us in the afternoon. He then headed home and left mom with the kids the first night. Everything went well with just a few light showers during the night. After spending the day at the camp site and on the shore of the lake Kent joined us again after work on Friday. That night is when the big thunder hit. Not as bad as it sounds but it was loud enough that we got the kids and sat in the cars about 4:30 in the morning until it passed. Other than that it was perfect. We enjoyed the cookouts and of course the Smores, playing games and just relaxing. After two nights we were ready to come home.
